Warm welcome with fruit and smoothies, and breakfasts were not buffet, decent options, and servings large. Great downtown location. The window views of an abandoned building with garbage galore behind it was disappointing - but not uncommon in Vietnam. Overall, I would bring my family to this hotel any day. Most of the cruise lines seem to be very similar we would rate this between the 3 star and a 4 star. Staff was amazing.
