"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."

We love the service here and staffs are very friendly and polite.The resort also has electric taxi to take you to into the town with small fee. "We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "

"Very luxury feel on the boat. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great food options and they catered very well for dietary requirements. Only negative was that the evening canapés/drinks on the top deck felt a little tacky and slightly like a school disco at times, and the canapés were not great (half a grape on a slice of stale baguette)."

"Very comfy beds and great showers, the food in the restaurant was nice. Staff were friendly and An helped me book travel and a tour around the bay. Bit out of town but it's an easy 10 min ride. Only negative was the sky bar was closed."
