"I only stayed one night and was really pleased with my overall experience. Plenty of parking, a well appointed room with a good selection of TV channels, good WiFi, decent bed and a large selection of different options for breakfast. Service was a highlight with genuine friendliness from all staff. "

"The car park took some finding and was locked after 5pm. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and kept clean but ready for some updating. Staff are OK but not very smiley or friendly. Good location in the city centre. The food is ok. Typical 3 star hotel. Some nice architectural features inside. "

"Great! Stayed for 1 night with a friend as we were in the city for a gig - central location, great for shops, restaurants, train. No complaints. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. Tea and coffee in the room for morning. "

"It's a lovely hotel with excellent grounds to walk the dogs in. Although it could do with a paint touch up in places and some TLC The room we had was clean and the bed was comfy. The service was good however they appeared to be short staffed. The young waitress in the dining room serving evening meal works really hard, and she's a credit to the hotel. The food at both breakfast and in the evening was really nice. We would return to this hotel again if staying over in Keswick."
