"Very smart hotel. Spacious superior room with balcony and pool view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering to suggest cycling routes for us. Food above average though we ate out a couple of times as buffet became a bit boring. Pool is tiny but lots of sun beds and space. Great location near the beach, shops and bars. Not the best for a cycling holiday though as roads are too busy in this area. "

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"It is ok the room selected sea view and s not a really sea view but we could sea little bit the sea as the hotel is not directly placed in front of a beach "

"Excellent hotel, to a good standard commensurate with what you might expect for 4star. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be close to loads of bars and shops it’s a good 20min walk, but we were happy with that. Whilst the pool area isn’t huge it’s well proportioned and there were always loungers available. It’s also very close to the beach. We enjoyed a morning at the spa which was also of a good standard."

"A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. "The location is excellent and the value for money is very good. The water pressure was weak and the pillows very uncomfortable, reducing to nothing when laying upon it. Charging for the use of a mini bar fridge is crazy. Most staff very friendly. "

"Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful. "

"Great family holiday, good location and facilities including parking space. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks. All inclusive is recomended ..we would love to came back to this place again."

"Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."
