"We highly recommend this hotel. It is close to just about everything. More importantly, this hotel makes you feel at home! The breakfast is wonderful.The evening social sets them above the rest..The wine,beer, water and small snacks pulled guests together to mingle..We met some wonderful people and exchanged info on places and tips for sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay and have been telling everyone about what a wonderful stay."

"This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. "A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! "Overall we enjoyed our time. We did find the ads for the hotel to be misleading in terms of expectations for the quality of the room and bathroom. The hotel liaising shows very nice, well decorated and updated rooms. We did feel that our room and bathroom were very dated and plain looking in comparison. Part of the ceiling in our bathroom if was flaking off. Wished it could have been closer to what we anticipated! "
