"This property is beautiful! It is very spacious and was perfect for our extended family. We loved sitting around the large dining room table and on the terrace. The views are stunning and the terrace is huge and wraps around allowing for multiple views of Florence. The bathrooms are very large for European standards and felt newly remodeled. The location is great and we walked everywhere. The host was very helpful with recommendations and communicating. I would highly recommend this property. "

"Great space for a family- we visited our child who was studying for a semester in Florence. We shopped at the local Coop grocery store (5 min walk) and made many meals. We had a group of 6 staying and there was plenty of space. 20 minute walk to city center and about 40 minutes walk or bus ride to train station. Safe and clean neighborhood. Close to the bus lines. A few things to know: 3rd floor walk up, a couple of noisy uncomfortable IKEA beds, owner charges a fee for laundry (we got one...

"Location was great, easy to get to bus stops to go any place in Florence. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and the restaurant below the apartment was very good. This was our favorite place we stayed while in Italy. "

"Everything was perfect at the property - comfortable rooms and a large living room with a nice kitchen and patio out back. It's about a 25 minute bus trip to the downtown locations. Figuring out the buses in Florence was a little challenging for a Canadian unfamiliar with Florence, but the property itself was in a very nice neighbourhood - a short walk to a couple of small restaurants and a grocery store. "Overall, this property is amazing. It is located about a mile from major museums and touristy sites. Normally, this would be fine, but we had one individual with mobility issues, and we learned quickly that getting cabs in this neighborhood takes a lot of time. The check in process is always more difficult than the US since it seems the preference is for someone to meet you on-site rather than just use a lock box. The individual meeting us was quick to arrive and gave us most important info....

"Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience staying at this listing. When we arrived we noticed that restrooms we not well maintained in cleanliness as well as the toilet seat being broken which was taped up. The shower in the back of the unit had a layer of mold and mildew in the pan. The epoxy paint itself was peeling and mold was gathering behind this layer. The second restroom also had mildew and needs to be re-chaulked to properly repair. Mind you, we noticed these issues right away and...

"The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out. "
