"Great place to stay near Florence. Very near and convenient if you need to be in Grassina. Good transportation by bus to Florence, but is ideal if you have a car to move around the beautiful Tuscany region. Breakfast is very good, and the staff couldn't be better hosts. Comfortable and clean rooms."

"The Hotel / B&B was further away from Firenze Center than I had thought. Also the 'entry' arrangements were a little uncertain (no person on site). The only "pay" breakfast of all my Italy hotel stays. And room No 1 which I had, is VERY noisy with traffic and late night party crowd at nearby 'pub'. Given all of that, still a nice enough place."
