"Great place for a stop over in Jeffersonville /Louisville area! Close to everything.. room was spacious, clean and quiet. Although there is evidence of restoration needs in the room it was still functional(ie tub needing resurfacing) but not keeping you from a warm shower,, temp was good but could have been slightly hot..beautiful foyer, even a baby grand off of foyer(from a pianist please tune and repair missing ivory.. such a beauty and one who tried to play—disappointing) good restaurant...

"We really enjoyed our stay—the hotel had wonderful amenities and the area offered plenty of free street parking and a walkable neighborhood with many shopping and dining options to choose from. "

"The staff members were friendly. They greeted us each time we went in and out The person working the front desk when we checked in was slammed when 5 people were checking in at the same time and the computer system was not cooperating. There was also a drunk hotel guest she was dealing with. She was doing a great job trying to check people in while keeping an eye on the drunk guest. The cleaning team was great as well. We had to switch rooms because the blinds in our first room didn’t work....

"Very impressed - 3 people servicing us when we were given a room not ready. The room m wasn’t ready because hotel was being deep cleaned. The whole place smell like cleaning supplies when I walked in. They are really taking care of this property "

"The room was wonderful. It had a living room and a bedroom with a small refrigerator and sink in between. It was very quiet. We heard no noise from outside or other rooms. The only drawbacks were the couch and chair hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and were a little dirty. And the toilet paper was so thin you had to use half the roll to wipe lol. The staff was great."
