"The room was very spacious. The breakfast was great! Love that they are pet friendly! Would like to have regular room service to have fresh towels. Had to ask in morning if you wanted anything. The pool was closed most of our stay which was sad. This hotel is nice though and in a great quiet area of Louisville!"

"The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and very helpful. The room very clean. He suggested us a very good restaurant close by, 3-4 minutes walk. He provided us with extra bottles of water. We really enjoyed our stay. Our trip was 11 days from Montreal to Playa Del Carmen and that was the best hotel we had all a long. Definitely will go back."
