"Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. "Foi boa mais pelo nível do hotel tem que melhor! Pontos bons: Fiquei no quinto andar vista bonita, piscina boa, café da manhã mediano Pontos ruins: Limpeza do quarto quando cheguei estava bem fraca, cama de casal tem uma divisão no meio e a cama de solteiro parecia uma auxiliar e colchões bem ruins pelo nível do hotel, diz que tem academia mais a academia sem comentários. "We only stayed for one night, didn’t use much of the facilities they offer, so can’t comment much on them. The room was pretty big, it does the job giving you a good night sleep. Breakfast was great, lots of kinds of bread, cake, cold/hot food, fresh juice and fruits. The wifi however was horrible, the room we stayed has barely any signals, you need to be by the door to connect, and it disconnects constantly."

"It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis"

"Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free. "

"Excellent Hotel, Location is perfect! Literally in front of Brava Beach, next to bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! It is probably the best hotel I have ever been in Balneario Camboriu! I will definitely come back!"
