"Was nice quiet clean easy place to stay at and find nice walking distance to shopping outlets and had great area inside complex to relax in the spa or pool "

"Staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and kind, offered to help us with luggage. Shower in 30B had some mold and a little bit of missed cleaning. There was a couple holes in the roof that leaked when raining. Overall an enjoyable experience and would return."

The service at check-in and checkout and during the stay was great. Located in a nice area with lovely beach, lots of dining options, 2 shopping centres nearby and the tram stop."

"Nicely located property close to the broadbeach centre. Resort is on the smallish side but has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Resort is slightly dated but very clean.and the Lifts are super fast compared to spme resorts. I would recommend this resort and would stay again."

"The staff were excellent making the check in/out a very smooth and quick process. They went out of their way to assist me. The facilities were well above the current rating. Room and amenities were very good, Pool an excellent way to start and finish a day. Carpark space big enough for our large vehicle. Will visit and stay here again in the future. I recommend that people looking at this place for accommodation go past all the negative reviews and decide for themselves, you will be pleasently...
