"Wonderful 3 nights here. Unfortunately, we booked a garden view room so not much to look at and no chairs on the balcony. Springing for the mountain view room would be worth the extra money! Staff and service are excellent. Clean, comfortable and modern decor room, plus the rainfall shower is superb after enduring the heat and humidity! Breakfast is sufficient and good. "We stayed here 2 nights. 1.5 stars is more realistic. At $70usd per night it is overpriced like most properties in Nuwara. We had problems with no tv channels (second night same problem but then a new sky box was put in and we had tv, why wasn't this done the first night?),leaking roof in bath area, room safe didn't work, curtain had a foul smell coming from it and the whole place felt grungy. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Do yourself a favour and pay extra to stay in one of the nicer...
