"From start to finish the stay was brilliant staff were friendly, check in was smooth. Room was adequate with a nice shower. Breakfast was varied and plentiful OK you get a basic cereals and toast breakfast but they don't charge the earth. All in all a great place to stay on a budget."

"I booked for one night; a Friday. Really easy to find and loads of free parking. Reception staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was perfect; very clean with adjustable heating, hair dryer and extra fan. Super comfy bed with no outside noise to be heard at all; even though my room was at the front by the pub next door. I didn't have breakfast but I only had to go next door to the pub if I wanted it. I will be staying again "

"Useful having a car park next to hotel, free for guests. Good roast in the evening. Staff were very welcoming at reception. Sadly, they had a problem with the heating while we there. A heater had already been placed in our room and situation explained to us. But the bathroom was too chilly for a shower....brrrrrr. it was a nice place for a one night stay, close to high street shops, but quiet at night, so we slept well. "
