"The property was in great condition as well as the room. Wonderful quiet rooms, free wi fi, all clean, neat, new appliances and amenities. The check in and check out is HORRIBLE, it takes entirely too long to check in or check out, only one person working desk and they were overwhelmed. "Very historic hotel, which is beautiful and fun to see. The hotel is on a mountain top and has great vistas. But the hotel is showing its age and is not well maintained. Our room was large and interesting Victorian room. The bed, linens, and pillows were nice. But the carpet was old and the bathroom was not great. Breakfast buffet was good. Eureka Springs is fabulous. The price was reasonable, so I still recommend it, but just be aware of it’s limitations."

"The condo we stayed in was good and decorated very nicely but I must say it wasn't what I expected. But nonetheless it was very clean very very spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and my husband and I really enjoyed the Giant connect four game and small game room. The only thing that I did not like is that this hotel is on a rather large hill. So if you want to walk to the nearest Street to get to the strip be prepared to climb a hill / mountain. I would recommend this...
