"The location of the hotel is amazing! The cleanliness and the upkeep is not the best so definitely bring some disinfecting wipes to clean off surfaces. For example, we had quite a few dead insects in the windowsills and on the ground, especially in the corners. The service was also exceptional! It has minor issues being an old building which didn't affect my stay, such as some noisy floors under the carpet, and the fact that it does not have an elevator. But we loved the stay, this hotel makes you feel part of the town history. My oldest kids found it great to stay here. We loved Dahlonega and will definutely visit again. "
