"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic."

One thing I’d like to highlight is the quality of food. The chef is so amazing that you’ll not feel it’s less than a 5* meal. Articulate presentation, and every dish was tastier than you could anticipate. "
