"No contact with the hotel, very long response to e-mails (several days) despite paying the airport transfer fee, I had to look for a connection on my own. The photos in the offer do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are provided in another facility approximately 300m away. The meals are the same every day. There is no clothes dryer in the room, high humidity makes it impossible to dry wet swimsuits."

"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. It’s worth the piece you pay

"The experience was ok, breakfast was good, they give you towels for the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, but the photos doesn’t match exactly as the ones advertised on hotels.com and not even similiar to the ones in google maps (it shows a swimming pool that doesn’t exist) it’s a few blocks from the prison and next to a mosque so prepare for the 430am prayers from really loud speakers, also there is doing a super loud construction of a building next door "

Amazing stay

"It was very nice stay and excellent. The service the the food is outstanding. The housekeeping is excellent spical thanks to Mr. Noor Alam for the hospitality the check in is very easy very nice place for families. The breakfast is amazing. The room and swimming pool is clean. There was many restaurants and we try all of them the best one the Indian restaurant and thanks to Mr. Khalid for the hospitality."
