Food good however long wait for breakfast service and didnt seem equipped to manage the tables they have due to only 2 staff working and multi tasking at reception. Coffee undrinkable though! Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly. For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return. "
