"The location is perfect especially after a train journey to Utrecht, located about a 5 min walk from Utrecht central station. The hotel its self was very clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The beds were also really comfortable. "

The room was a little loud with thin walls and being a older building, there was a slight incline on the floor which you can feel in bed. Otherwise perfect! "

"This was a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay. Bus and the city center was all close by. It was in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We had joining rooms so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel with a distinctive charm. I stayed in one of the partial attic rooms with stairs going up from the door into the room and an angled roof with two windows. Space was very functional and efficient and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful in several ways"

"Was a decent size family room but the hallways echoed every door opening and closing as well as conversation. No coffee etc although there was a kettle in the room. No elevator to top rooms and not convenient to get to room. Friendly staff"

"Wonderful hotel. It is supported by students at a local hospitality college but honestly we would not have noticed. The rooms were clean and large, and the building is historic; even the key was a real key. The breakfast was quite good. Everyone was so nice. Minor complaints: the towels could be better as could the toilet paper! The hotel is also not readily accessible by public transportation. However, if you have a car, it is terrific."

"The breakfast buffet didn't have much of a choice and 17 euros was way to high for what you got....and having to pay for parking was ridiculous and we left a day early and they would not refund the ney for the day we didnt stay"
