"I Will Tell you something about our trip.... It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel. "The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. They tried telling me they could not get in touch with the holiday park. I called the holiday park and they said THEY could not cancel...
