"What a fantastic property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ‘De Duif’, a great home, well equipped and in the midst of amazing nature! We loved travelling up the canal and to the lake in the rowing boat and also enjoyed day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht! We would love to come back! "My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. The doors to the deck are standard european windows, meaning you can open or tilt them but due to there floor to ceiling hight, they were heavy and at times did not catch properly on the top corner that...

"This property has 2 rentals next to each other. Carola and Joris are very approachable and wonderful hosts. They want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each unit is newly renovated and comfortable for 1-2 people to stay in. It is conveniently located near the Maxima Park, shops and lots of beautiful bike and walking paths. Next to the property is a large farm - which has a great store with fresh, local foods open on Thu-Sat. The area is very safe and friendly. Parking is free....

"Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schönen Ort. Sauber, geräumig, Hell und ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem sehr positiv. Einzig negativ zu bewerten ist die Baustelle welche sich derzeit genau vor dem Hauseingang befindet (hört man aber in der Wohnung nichts von) und das es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Umgebung gibt und man auch sonst nicht mit dem Auto bis an die Wohnung heran kommt. Wer also mit viel Gepäck anreist, muss mindestens 500m schleppen. Sonst alles...
