"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."

"The condo is very clean and organize. My suggestion is to put papertowel in the kitchen when washing hands or doing something in the kitchen coz the small towel that was provided is not that clean.just for the safety of your costumers health."

"Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."

"Reasonable price and good location. The hotel is the front of Pudu bus station to easy get the airport bus. The first night, my room is 714 which was OK, but the second night, changed to the room 1204. The room 1204 has a lot of tiny ants around the bathroom basin and a little bit on the desk, also tiny flies flew around the desk. "

"We booked a 2 BR suite fir 6 people and was upgraded to 3 BR. The suite is fully equipped with everyou need in the kitchen, laundry, etc. and is in a high rise building with the most fabulous view of the city. Very clean and staff was very helpful and kind and communication is easy specially with Kenny. The location is close to everything, Petronas Twin Tower is within waling distance. We had a great time and highly recommended."
