"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"Great view of pyramids from rooftop restaurant. Nice and clean room and quiet at night. We loved the hotel. I didn't like the shower room very much. Hard to close the shower room door completely. If you go shower after someone, warm water is bot colder than you want."

"It was good overall. Just several of the staff, at the front door and restaurant were not friendly nor attentive. Rather they just were engrossed on their phones. Omar at the front desk was fantastic, really making us feel welcome and spoke very good English. Breakfast was very good, coffee decent and chef very nice. Oddly the others would just stand around chatting or on phones and offer no service. Bell boys were nice. Very nice sitting lounge. "
