"I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway."

"Large and comfortable room, with a little kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. The bed was a bit soft. The staff seemed a bit lost, but friendly nonetheless. We had a pleasant stay except on our departure day when the cleaning staff tried to enter our room twice at 8h in the morning when we were still sleeping (with a "do not disturb" on our door...)"
