"This hotel did not disappoint! A perfect option for a family stay. The room was well laid out with a fridge and great tea/coffee/biscuits and toiletries provided. Such a fantastic idea having a fully working kitchen on the floor which we could access. We were greeted by very welcoming reception team and our son was given a little quiz to do. It was all very family focused. Would definitely stay again! :)"

"We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5."

"All good, no issues.. been stopping here every week since early Jan. They seem to be improving things on a weekly basis, the new shower gel is huge improvement.. smells really nice. Staff are lovely and the scrambled eggs are fab! "

"The location, cleanliness of room and service from the staff was good. However felt let down and disappointed as neither my husband and l didn’t experience a good night sleep. Every movement made turning or sitting on the bed it creaked the whole time. The room was designed for a wheelchair assisted person. We are able bodied people.
