"We enjoyed our stay at the Civic Hotel over the weekend.(garlic prawn pizza OMG so good)The staff were helpful with any requests we had . I did however not like the fact that the shower hadnt been cleaned properly as i found long black hairs in the drain hole and a build up of dust along this that clearly havent been cleaned in a long time . The air conditioning unit on the balcony dripped and left a big pool of water . "
