"With a major snow storm approaching, I managed a last minute reservation at Hotel Oliver to be closer to airport but not in middle of nowhere. Turned out to be the best choice I could make, as my flights were cancelled and I needed to extend my stay a day. All staff and management were exceptionally helpful. Many things were closed but they were aware of all restaurants that were open. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family who may come through here again. And I recommend it to you!"

"They tried to put us in a new room they had made on the 1st floor but it was not cozy or inviting, the curtains didn’t close, so they put us in the 4th floor and we loved our room and could have stayed longer. We loved it, The breakfast and staff at breakfast were so awesome. We enjoyed the fresh cooked omelettes. One of Our favorite parts of staying there. "

"I booked this hotel for my parents after my dad was in a bad accident and sent to the local hospital. When they arrived around 2 AM my mom explained to the man at the desk what had occurred, since my father’s clothes were covered in blood. The man at the desk went above and beyond. He told them to leave the car, helped my dad out of the car, helped them all the way up to the room, and even brought him some water and crackers. "The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage.
