"I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress."

"Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk."

"Nice updated rooms, awesome location. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew. They need do not disturb signs. The cleaning folks knocked sometimes at 7:30 am!! They even called me on the phone at one point and hanging up. Besides that amazing stay!"

A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor)."
