Bom mas poderia melhorar
O hotel é muito bom único problema que eu fico nele umas 5 ou 6 vezes por ano e tem apenas um funcionário deles, muito lento que dificulta bastante um checkin , toda vez que chegamos nos deixa tempo esperando que torna o checkin lento e deixando o hóspede desconfortável e irritado mesmo antes de entrar no hotel. Não teria necessidade de ser tão extremo sabendo que todos os nossos dados estão no cadastro há anos!
