Como os funcionários ficou vinculado a serviço preferi escrever. Nota 10 para o atendimento dos funcionários: cortesia, simpatia, presteza. Serviço: chamo os itens e equipamentos. Recebi nos dias de limpeza toalhas de banho rasgadas e misturada com piso de banheiro. Por mais que seja higienizado não faz jus ficar em cima da cama. Televisão não funcionava O fato de ter frigobar e não ter água no quarto ter que toda vez descer a recepção para comprar água Outra coisa que achei ruim foi nem poder ter acesso a pratos, xícara e talheres para uso na cozinha do salão comum. Travesseiro.. precisei pedir outros de tão fino.

O atendimento da equipe foi maravilhosa, o café da manhã também muito bom,pois tem muitas opções, ar condicionado funcionando normal, a única coisa que tem de melhorar e o colchão, por ser de mola já está dando sinal que precisa ser trocado devido já não está mais uniforme, mas o hotel é bom e com certeza recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar.

A localização do hotel é muito bom, em uma avenida linda. Com relação ao hotel em si, não tem estacionamento no prédio, ele é pago à parte, 30 reais a diária. O café da manhã é bom. O quarto que eu fiquei 207 tinha uma cama muito ruim, dessas antigas de mola.

Hotel antigo, limpo, ótimo custo benefício. O ambiente é acolhedor, com funcionários maravilhosos e hóspedes mt simpáticos. A localização é a melhor, o chuveiro é perfeito a cama também é ótima, a sala de estar de uso comum tem uma varanda bem estratégica e um cafezinho frevo sempre disponível. Pelos comentários que li, foi uma agradabilíssima surpresa. Claro q é um prédio antigo e no centro, tive que trocar de apartamento devido um problema elétrico, mas gostamos mt dos dois apartamentos (609 e 408). E os funcionários fazem toda a diferença, todos, sem exceção.

Estadia de apenas 1 noite, por isso não tinha tanta expectativa. Mas, foi incrivelmente ruim. Quarto de casal sem janela, cama pequena. O pior de tudo foi a limpeza. O assento sanitario estava sujo com respingos e a toalha de banho com cabelo. No café da manhã havia fruta com mofo. Os atendentes da recepção foram bastante gentis e a localização é boa.

Melhorar a limpeza dos quartos
Foi boa, ótimo café da manhã, porém formos uns dos primeiros, bom atendimento, mas nosso quarto estava sem controle do ar condicionado, procuramos em todo o quarto e não tinha nenhum controle, durante a procura vimos que o quarto estava com muita poeira, principalmente debaixo da cama, solicitamos outro controle, conseguimos porém o controle não funcionava, estávamos cansado e decidimos dormir com a janela aberta, não conseguimos dormir quase nada. Pra uma noite foi razoável, mas se fosse passar mais dias não sei se a experiência seria tão boa, principalmente pra quem tem rinite ou alergia a lugares empoeirados.
