When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything. In this trip I have been to 4 different hotels and the flight hours were so that I had to check-in early in all of them and it was 9nly this hotel that tried to make money out of it without informing me earlier when I contacted them. if I knew about it, I would have canceled the booking. The common areas in the hotel are gloomy and dark. The suit itself was spacious with interesting design and furniture. The light colored sofa in the room had turned into something grayish from being dirty. The pool on the 15th floor is not a swimming pool. It is practically a large tub that you can seat in.

Quase bom!
Hotel bem localizado, quarto grande e bem arejado. Às toalhas estão puídas e manchadas. A roupa de cama é de baixa qualidade e bastante velha. O café da manhã é muito bom!

As pessoas podem fazer a diferença
Estadia normal, hotel precisando de uma boa reforma, móveis estragados e sujos no apto. Café da manhã, chegamos as 9:30 e o buffet estava faltando quase tudo, conversei com Marcos para saber se iriam repor, uma vez que o café encerraria as 10 horas, me informou que sim , mas pediu paciência pois estava sozinho neste dia. Aos poucos ele conseguiu ir repondo e muitas pessoas ainda chegaram para o café.. Muito cortês assim que os pães de queijo ficaram prontos nos trouxe um prato na mesa.

Ótima localização pra quem vai a show no couto Pereira, prédio é antigo e merecia uma reforma. Principalmente renovar as cobertas, roupas de cama e as toalhas. Boa parte das tomadas do quarto não estava funcionando por ser muito antigas.
