"A lovely hotel full of beautiful architecture and history. Good customer service too! However, the room that i stayed in wasn’t that clean. The bathroom had white stains on the floor and hair in the shower. There was also no towel provided. "

Loved the dog showers/towels made available for when you get back from a muddy/sandy walk. Also, the free coffee and cake which was welcome after a long walk. Hotel was really warm, so had the window open most of the night which then subjects you to some road/seagull noise."

"Very convenient for the seafront and shopping. The food is really good when its waitress service and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. However when the evening meal is buffet style the standard goes down, probably because of the amount of people they are serving. The starter was really good when a set menu but very poor when buffet style. The breakfast was really good every morning even though it was a buffet.
