Having paid and been receipted forca twin room with city view was disappointed to find wevhad been allocated small basement room. Im sure the intermittent macerator annoyed others as much as it did us. Very clean and tidy otherwise.

When booking I selected a ‘Deluxe’ double room, City View. When I arrived I was allocated room 10 and the housekeeper said ‘10 is small and you have a dog’ but did not offer us a different room. The room we stayed in was small and had a small double bed in it. The listing for a deluxe double room states that there is a queen bed and that the room is 151 sq feet. The room we stayed in was no more than 4 steps from the door to the bed and there is a foot of room from the bottom of the bed to the dressing table. The city view we got was the view of the neighbouring property. Therefore, I would say this property is not as listed as even the images are misleading with the option I booked having a sofa in the middle of the room which would not have fit in the room I was in. On the plus side parking is very convenient and the room was clean
