"The personal behavior was excellent—very friendly and warm. I even arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they still checked me in. I checked in almost four hours before the normal time. During the four nights I stayed at the hotel, everything was really good. The floor where my room was located was quiet, and the room was clean. Everything was great. Access to public transportation was relatively good, considering that public transport in Muscat is not very strong. However, the hotel’s location was about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, which really helped me get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Noise coming from Ac around the building. No room service really, but they bring food from restaurants around, and sometimes they just heat up frozen food in a small kitchen that they show on the pictures. I didn't like it at all."
