First time in Muscat. The hotel was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. I was attracted by the fact the hotel was on the beach. This was a public beach reached by passing through a fence keeping the hotel pool areas private. I am not a hotel pool person and having said that I did not find the outside facilities attractive. The room was very nice, there was a good sports bar like pub with sport on tv, snooker tables etc and the food was excellent. A selection for breakfast. .

I recommend this hotel to everyone... One suggestion to the hotel admins is to provide ladies only pool as well.

I like that u can access the public beach frm the back entrance and then straight to restaurants and cafes. There is also a food truck right at the beach. The jacuzzi and indoor facilities were a little run down. During winter time its nice to stay indoor using the facilities.

The architecture of the property is quite old, if compared to other more modern structures in the area. Also, the pool and pool area reflect this condition. Other than the above, rooms were very quiet, food was good and hospitality from staff was very good.

Excellent level of service and attention to detail. It was a luxury having the lounge included in our stay and we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and service throughout the whole hotel. Chef Austin from Scotland was a gem! And all of the team. Pools were great, spa could do with a facelift but other than that a wonderful family holiday in a great hotel that we would recommend and definitely stay in again. Thank you all.
