"Well run hotel in good location. Food was really good (room service dinner and breakfast buffet). Staff very attentive. Lovely pool. They do need more lounge chairs and umbrellas as twice in our three day stay not available. More staff serving food and drinks on pool deck would be helpful and more bar selection as many items on the menu weren’t available. Rooms big, very clean with large bathrooms. Housekeeping staff so friendly and responsive. Recommend new mattresses / pillow tops as ours was older and hard. Overall great 3 night stay!"

"I had a pleasant 9-night stay at City Seasons, which I recommend for its location right next to a hypermart and near many dinning options. If you're going to Muscat, this is the area you want to stay in. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the staff was nice."
