"Property was not too far but far enough away from the nightlife. Good and interesting food and sights close to hotel. Sightseeing bus, which is just for getting you around town was great, easy and frequent. Had a cleanliness problem with first room, they upgraded us quickly following. Breakfast was awesome"

"Nice modern hotel, rooms decenly sized, clean. Hotel is within walking distance of Hiroshima peace garden/museum. Check in was fast, efficient and staff was very nice. Outdoor lounge on 14th floor was very pleasant. Really did not like the temperature restriction( no colder than 23C) on the thermostat, room was barely tolerable on hot, humid days. Cleaning staff only change towels and empty garbage bins. As nice as the hotel is unfortunately I would not return soley based on the room...

"We stayed here one night. Very modern. Very well-maintained. Friendly staff. There is a restaurant on the first floor for breakfast. My wife really enjoyed the hot springs. Excellent value. A little hard to find. Look for the Hotel Grand Via connected to the train station (north Shinkansen exit). Go through the lobby of the Grand Via and exit the opposite side. The hotel will be in front of you (cafe on the first floor)."
