"Every part of our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and accommodating. The beds were super comfy and the loft space was so fun. In a good location to walk to so many places, never even needed to use public transportation. There's a Lawson right on the main corner that was super convenient as well. "The appartment was great value, at times I found myself thinking "I wish this was my place". I regret not being able to stay there longer. The only two faults I had with the property were that: 1. -The lounge chair was low and it was hard to get up off/out of. I kept the fold up stool next to it as a work-around. Still a very comfortable chair though. 2. -The airconditioner was a bit noisey, like a propellor plane. I just had the temp set on low and when the room cooled down I could switch it...

"The staff was exceptional. They graciously made follow-up phone calls relating to a lost mobile phone and assisted us in locating it. Great location. Adequate accommodations. The major negative was the pungent smell in the room. It smelt like cooked cauliflower, which we mitigated by opening the windows and using air freshener."

Lovely outdoor bath

"I loved the outdoor bath on the top floor being open all night. The room had good amenities, though I would have liked to have a green tea bag and/or drip coffee to go with the hot water and nice cups. Also wish I had known that I should have gotten to breakfast at least an hour before the time limit, so as to be able to taste everything on offer (by 9:30, a lot was gone)."

"The property is located about 5 minutes from the Hiroshima station and bus stop, there is a Japan post and a convinience store just opposite the hotel, if you enjoy soaking in public baths there is one here, the microbubble bath is pretty relaxing. Room is on the smaller side which can be a issue if you are using large sized luggage but the overall experience is great."

Great central location.

"Comfortable hotel just a 3 minutes walk from the station. Room was of good size and the bedding was comfortable. Buffet had plenty on offer both traditional and west as well as goods strong coffee. View from level 30 was impressive."
