"We love to stay at the Ilikai. It’s our favorite hotel to staycation in as a Hawaii resident. We always have a good time and enjoy the property and its amenities. We were told at our check in that we were going to be upgraded for free and that we booked a city view on the 8th floor I believe but they were gonna get us a partial ocean view room on the 2nd floor instead. "I was in room 501 and was working. The internet was problematic. I came to the lobby for a meeting and lost internet. When internet is provided it’s assumed it’s adequate and will work when needed. That was disappointing. Also it seems the photos portraying the room are not accurate, showing desks for instance where there are not. Otherwise great stay!"
