"The staff are friendly polite the food ok if you like Italian food then place was clean but I found that the floor of the shower was slippery."

"A comfortable stay overall. The room was a little tired and the room doors don’t keep sound out, which might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Service was very friendly. Food prices were shockingly high… £17.50 for a club sandwich is what I’d expect to pay at a 4-5* in London. The Salutation across the road is a much better choice for food. If you just need a comfy bed for the night then it’s still a decent choice. "
