"Property was lovely, communication excellent. It would just take a couple of things for a 5 star ie two big towels as two people staying, additional toilet roll, kitchen to have more utensils. The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly.. Also instructions on central heating, oven etc as they were new to us and took a bit of figuring. It was just...

"Turned up no access to property rang the owner which I don’t think it was the owner just one big scam there were two others that tried to get into there apartments but they were having the same issue it’s a scam the place was so disgusting me and my friend went and paid for a hotel near by try to contact Vrbo but no joy it’s a joke don’t book through this website or you will be very disappointed and ripped off "

"For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog.
