"Friendly receptionist checked us in, giving us a room upgrade! Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast included fresh fruit and wonderful full English breakfast. Even though we had checked out the next day, another receptionist was very helpful in finding us a taxi. Service above and beyond."

Comfortable beds, hot water, good heating, reasonable carpet; 24/7 Asda shop and other facilities at the service station. No fridge or cooking facilities, but I took a microwave and had no problems. Overall the property seems to have some maintenance issues with various buckets strategically placed to catch drips in the foyer and one corridor: but...
