"The room is good value, clean and comfortable - overall good place but a few teething problems could be improved on. Shower needs a label to show how to work due to secret stop button. The door to room wouldn't close fully by itself which is a bit of a security concern; also the wifi network for room is joined via TV (not immediately clear), otherwise an open network across the whole centre. The room was so cosy I slept with the window open all night (in March) and was still warm. The cafe bar...

Housekeeping staff provided with with an iron very promptly and all staff were very nice. Decor is to a nice standard and having a sea view was bliss. Breakfast was rather yummy and very good value for money. Iussed seeing some fruit and it would have been nice to have the coffee in a cafeteria "

Its so nice to be in a hotel where we can adjust the heating too. The room was at the back and nice and quiet and only a short walk into the centre of Oban.The only criticism I had was the shower which was just about warm, despite running the water for 5 minutes."

Other rooms not facing the road might be quieter. No restaurants or food service on the property and it’s a bit of a walk to the restaurants. "
