"Their listing says staff speak English. No they don't-it's a lie-the evening and the morning front desk staff spoke none and were a bit rude. The parking was free and on site but almost impossible to get into the spot-luckily I had a small SUV. It is difficult place to find even with GPS. The bedding was thin-essentially no cover. I e-mailed them twice after I left to check on an item I may have left and wrote it in Spanish-no response at all as expected-after all, this is Mexico, a 3rd world...
