Cleaning of couches at the lobby should be easily done with "Carbona". A redistribution of tables and seats at the breakfast site is necessary in order to avoid crowding in serving area and better circulation.

Terrible service to check in/check out. The hotel does not showed any commitment to make faster and easier the process.
