"Great location. Walking distance to the plaza, Mercado and restaurant. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at midnight, upon my arrival there was a security guard at the entrance that communicated with lobby staff about my late arrival. I had no issues checking in. Hotel reception staff were excellent. The room was clean and very well kept. Only concern was that street noise could be heard from the room I was assigned to. But no biggie. I slept through all my stay without...

"Nothing wrong with the hotel. Very simple rooms, clean enough. Mattress could be improved, it was an old spring mattress that you would usually find in a cheaper hotel. The parking is very limited if you are driving. A small parkade below the hotel and not much available on the street."

"Es un hotel antiguo y centrico de Tampico. A pesar de ser viejo se ve que le están invirtiendo en mejoras. Es espacioso. La ducha funcionaba correctamente y siempre tuvo agua caliente, las luces, la comodidad de la cama también estuvieron bien. Debería tener mejor puntuación. El hecho de que sea antiguo no lo hace malo. Aparte su precio es muy conveniente. Si regresaría? SI definitivo"

"Everything was great the only issue was the smell coming out of the restroom sewer other than that my stay was great."

"We arrived early, we were informed of a deposit required, and conditions to recieve deposit back. No destruction, water diety sheets. It made us feel like we had to sleep on the floor. No full mirror, the AC was good. The fact that we were next to the icean was the benefit. We were not allowed to bring outside drinks????"
