Check in check out was very simple and easy staff was ready with my reservation. Breakfast was really good too! The room was alright there were stains on the blankets and the floors were a bit dirty. But overall it was good. Would stay again.

Property is downtown where it is very busy. We came with a pick-up truck and trailer so Parking was a problem but they worked so hard to figure out a solution.

Great location. Walking distance to the plaza, Mercado and restaurant. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at midnight, upon my arrival there was a security guard at the entrance that communicated with lobby staff about my late arrival. I had no issues checking in. Hotel reception staff were excellent. The room was clean and very well kept. Only concern was that street noise could be heard from the room I was assigned to. But no biggie. I slept through all my stay without issues. I did not get to try the breakfast hopefully next time. Other than this I will definitely be going back and staying here!!! I highly recommend the hotel.

Este hotel no debería estar operando, tiene serios problemas de humedad, mi habitación siempre escurria agua de las paredes, las sabanas, toallas y mis articulos personales siempre estaban humedos, huele terriblemente mal, esto es muy insalubre, estar encerredo ahí respirando eso. las habitaciones parecen bunkers no tiene siquiera una ventanita y las que tienen "balcon" son demasiado inseguras, cualquier extraño podria entrar por ahí. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

No tiene estacionamiento adecuado y dentro del hotel hay restricción de altura!!!! El internet no funciona en las habitaciones periféricas estube en la puerta parada para poder acceder al internet las habitaciones están demasiado encerradas y sin teléfono para comunicarse la única palabra para describir la estancia es frustrante!!!!

Se encuentra justamente en el centro cercano a muchas áreas de interés. Personal amable, bonita vista desde el rooftop. Algo de ruido de los bares durante la noche pero a la media noche todo tranquilo.
