Rooms are small but suitable. One staff member in check in not very friendly. We had the buffet instead of the free American breakfast which was very good.

engañado me sentí engañado porque en un principio decía que era desayuno buffet incluido y a la hora de estar ahí me dijeron que solamente había que comer jamón con huevo y frijoles no aplicaba el buffet tenía que pagar $100 por persona así que tengan mucho cuidado con estas letras chiquitas

engañado me sentí ya que la promoción decía desayuno buffet incluido y lo que nos dieron fue solamente un un plato con huevo y frijoles no era buffet disque por la temporada de semana Santa y reclamé y me dijeron eso que a veces se aplica así así que lean bien siempre porque juegan con estas situaciones

Ya me había quedado anteriormente en este hotel y no fue mi mejor experiencia, pero después de 2 años regresé y quiero comentar q han mejorado mucho, mi habitación muy limpia y muy cómoda, no tengo nada malo q decir, muy contenta y muy a gusto. Un cambio q noté y no Me agradó mucho q antes el desayuno era tipo bufet y hoy si lo quieres así tiene un costo o si prefieres el q incluye ya el costo de la habitación consta de huevos revueltos o en salsa, jugo, frijoles y café, aun así sigue siendo muy bueno. Sin duda regresaría, muy a gusto con la estancia
