"I stayed for 2 nights and received impeccable service, I ate well, rested well and slept well. I choose the Japanese style room with a mountain view and had a relaxing time soaking at the onsen. They had 3 different area of public bath and I enjoyed the rooftop onsen the most, I even woke up at 6.30am to catch the sunrise with Mount Yufu. We had a room with both tatami and western beds (raised off the ground) which worked very well for the elders in our group that weren't used to sleeping on the ground. No shower/bath in the room as the expectation is to use the public baths (or private family baths which are first come first serve basis).
