"Well, my time in Panama City is finally coming to an end after a few false starts. I can honestly say that this hotel is a very positive memory of a time spent, ill, away from home. The staff has always been top notch and the property is always pristine. But what sticks with me is how staff remembered me when I’d stop back in for a few nights sojourn, the generous late checkout on days when I had bad medical news and the overall compassion of the staff.
