"I like the cleanliness of the hotel. A couple of staff do speak English. However other service staff like house keeping who brought a replacement TV remote, which did not work and the repair person came and supposely fixed it but it was still broken, could not use to change the tv channels and volume, etc. Food was not fresh and the hot food was mostly spicy for me as I cannot handle peppery spicy. "This was one of the most family friendly hotels at which we have ever stayed. Our room was filled with small details that made it enjoyable and inviting for a family with small children. There was a step stool for brushing teeth, padding on corners for safety, and a fun little play area. My 4 year old says the room was "awesome." The staff was continually helpful and kind. Excellent all around!"

"Very clean property with good food options nearby. Quite a distance from tourist areas, however it's a good area if your business requirements are nearby. Also it's just 5 mins walk to the metro station, which is now an amazingly efficient service with trains running every 2-4 minutes. "
